Character Concept: Joe Denner

I'm going to be making a Fallout Webcomic with my bro Joe... LOL I feel like Dr. Seuss for that one.. Anyway, I'm doing the art and helping with the story, and this is the character concept for the main character, Joe Denner aka The Lone Wanderer. The comic is meant to take place in the beginning atleast in DC and move over to Nevada. It's all a good idea now can I pull off the art?
